The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

- North America : 3 - 5 business days
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Sizing details
All shirt measurements are included in the item details. We highly encourage our buyers to double-check sizes/measurements prior to purchasing since all sales are final, and all of our items fit differently. If you have questions or concerns about sizing please send us a message.
Production and Shipping Times
Manufacturing is completed within 1 - 3 business days after receiving payment. Items could take longer if the product is out of stock.
All orders are shipped either via USPS First Class or Priority. A tracking code will be provided with the confirmation e-mail when the completed order is shipped.
US Orders:
First Class takes 3-5 business days.
Priority about 2-4 business days
We ship to the "Shipping address" that is used when you checkout. Please be sure the address is correct, or message us immediately to change the address after checkout. We cannot offer refunds if items are mailed to an old/incorrect address in your order. We are not responsible for lost, stolen packages, or delays caused by USPS.
Return and Exchange Policy
All items are custom-made to order, and all sales are final. Please refer to the measurements posted in each listing to ensure the item will fit correctly. We pride ourselves on creating and sending quality apparel, but in the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item or damaged goods, please message us within 2 days of receiving your order.

Turn inside out and tumble dry low or medium heat.
Warm iron inside out only.
